We only ship within the UK via Royal Mail, insured  (track and trace). 

We pack our goods to reflect their delicate nature and recycle where possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Return Process: Please email us at hello@fineartandfancythings.com. With the subject line "Returns Request & Invoice / Order No and the reason for your request".

Return Period: We offer a full refund of your order within 14 days of you receiving it. If the goods are damaged this may involve an insurance claim. Therefore, we may require addtional information to process. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and need to insure the goods for their original value.. Your order must be returned either in its original packaging or similar (box, bubble wrap etc). If the packaging is not satisfactory, this may void your refund.

Refund Method: Once we have received your order in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price via your original payment method.

If any of our instructions are not carried out your return may be void.
